Returns of Damaged Merchandise

All claims for shipping damages must be made with the carrier within 3 days of receipt.

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. Please refuse shipment of any merchandise that arrives at your door with apparent damage. If you uncover shipping damage after receiving the shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our service representative will guide you through the claim process for a full recovery

Returns of Defective Merchandise

A defective item is defined as a newly received item that is inoperable, but has no apparent damage. Procedures for handling this type of return will vary as some manufacturers require direct return to factory. Defective merchandise may be returned as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and manufacturer will handle any problems for you directly.

Paragon RC customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name, address and E-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order. We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services

Conditions of Use

We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by manufacturer. We also cannot be held directly responsible for quality issues of equipment, change in product appearances or spares provide by the manufacturers which are listed on our web page.

Users of purchased items must read the enclosed manual and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Models should be operated under the local government's permission and limitations.

Users must always bear in mind that a remote-control model is NOT a toy and must be operated with extreme care under absolute controllable circumstances.

  1. this gasoline engine is just for radio control model airplane tuse only. Never use in the other situation.
  2. This engine is not a toy! Serious injury and/or death can occur from its misuse! Read and become familiar with this entire instruction manual. Learn the engine’s applications, limitations and possible hazards.
  3. Remember that when the engine running ever person must stay behind the line of the rotating propeller; never to the side or the front!


Safe Operation and How to Maintain Your Warranty

1.    Have a properly designed engine box on your model
2.    Mount the engine correctly
3.    Provide adequate air flow and cooling for the engine
4.    Provide adequate air flow and cooling for the exhaust
5.    Use an approved propeller and spinner
6.    Drill the propeller correctly
7.    Balance the propeller correctly
8.    Tighten the propeller correctly and check them regularly
9.    Properly mount your ignition to avoid overheating
10.    Use the correct battery and regulator(if applicable)for your ignition
11.    Use the correct switch for your ignition
12.    Use an appropriate fuel tank, plumping lines, and installation
13.    Use the appropriate fuel for break in and after break in(gas and oil)
14.    Insure adequate filtering of your fuel
15.    Maintain your engine properly, keeping it clean, Etc.
16.    Use a pre-flight check list before flying your model
17.    Secure your model properly when starting
18.    Not use your fingers or hand to start your model
19.    Adjust your carburetor correctly
20.    Not adjust your carburetor while the engine is running
21.    Insure that your spark plug is in good condition and is secured correctly
22.    Insure that our ignition wires are not frayed and are protected
23.    Insure that the ignition cap is securely mounted
24.    Keep all people behind the line of the prop
25.    Do not put anything (i.e., finger, body parts,objects,etal)into the rotating propeller
26.    Keep children away.All spectators should be kept a safe distance away from the running engine.
27.    Wear proper apparel.Do not wear loose clothing,gloves,neckties,jewelry,or neck straps for your radio which may get caught in the moving propeller.
28.    Always wear eye protection when starting the engine.
29.    Do not operate this engine if you are under the influence of any drugs,alcohol or medication that could affect your ability to use the engine properly.
