Shipping and Handling Policies Standard domestic shipping is ground delivery via Canada post. For expedited delivery please contact us for exact pricing. All shipments are insured. If you need to specify the carrier or a special method of shipping beyond our regular methods, we will do our best to comply. You will then be charged actual costs of shipping. For your protection, all orders shipped from our store to a point outside Canada will be shipped via a service that includes insurance and tracking Back Orders If you allow us to back order items that are out of stock when you place your original order, we will not charge you twice on shipping for orders containing back orders. International back orders, or orders that have special shipping requested will incur additional charges. Back orders may be cancelled at anytime. |
